Our commitment

Lazell stands behind the structural integrity of its products and offers review for qualifying manufacturing defects under normal use.

What is covered

The warranty generally applies to defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal wear, such as a hinge issue caused by manufacturing error, a structural fault not caused by impact, or a coating issue present on arrival or arising from a verified product defect.

What is not covered

Accidental drops, impact damage, lens scratches from ordinary use, heat warping, chemical exposure, improper storage, lost items, normal wear and tear, and modifications or repairs performed by third parties.

Making a claim

Email info@lazelleyewear.com with proof of purchase, a clear description of the issue, close photos of the affected area, and, where relevant, images of the full frame and temple markings. The claim can then be assessed. If approved, Lazell may choose to repair the item, replace the defective component, or replace the product with the same or a comparable item, as appropriate.
