Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Lazell's website, digital services, and purchases made directly through our online store. By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase from it. These Terms explain how orders are placed, how the site may be used, what rights and responsibilities apply, and where legal boundaries lie, without limiting any non-waivable consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

Products, pricing, and orders

We strive to present products accurately, including color, dimensions, materials, fit information, and imagery. Actual appearance may vary with screen settings, lighting, and the natural variation of materials such as acetate. Availability is subject to inventory and demand; placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

An order is accepted only when payment has been authorized and Lazell has issued an order confirmation or shipping confirmation, as applicable. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time. Where an obvious pricing or product error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order to the extent permitted by law.

Accounts and acceptable use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content, trademarks, product photography, or written materials without permission.

All site content—copy, visual assets, graphics, design elements, trademarks, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Lazell and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention, payment verification, and shipping security.
