Shipping Policy

U.S. shipping

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. Standard shipping is $10 per order.

Shipping is complimentary on orders of $199 or more, calculated before tax and after discounts. Final shipping and any applicable tax are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high demand, collection launches, holidays, or operational interruptions, processing may require additional time.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are guides, not guarantees. Transit time depends on the destination and the carrier's operating conditions.

Addresses

You are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Lazell is not responsible for loss, delay, or failed delivery caused by incomplete, incorrect, or outdated shipping details. If you notice an address error, write to info@lazelleyewear.com immediately; corrections cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Previous international orders

For help with an international order placed before our delivery scope changed, contact info@lazelleyewear.com with your order number.

Those shipments may require customs declarations and may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage charges, or handling fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, those charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not refundable.
