Returns & Exchanges
The essentials
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with their original packaging and accessories. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability and may involve another color, the same style, or a different model, with any price difference settled accordingly.
How to begin
Start your return online where a portal is available, or write to info@lazelleyewear.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once reviewed, we will send return instructions and any authorization details required.
Pack the item securely in its original presentation, including the case, cloth, packaging, and any included materials. After the return is received and inspected, Lazell may process a refund or an exchange.
Exceptions
Items marked final sale or otherwise designated non-returnable are not eligible. Any exception is disclosed clearly on the product page or at checkout.
Before you send a frame back
