Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

If a purchase from lazelleyewear.com is not right for you, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original components, including the protective case, cleaning cloth, packaging, and any included materials.

Returns that show signs of wear, scratches, impact, alteration, missing accessories, or damage beyond reasonable inspection may be declined, partially refunded, or returned to the sender, in accordance with applicable law.

Initiating a return

To initiate a return, use the designated return portal or contact info@lazelleyewear.com with the order number, the email address used at checkout, the item or items to be returned, and the reason. Once the request is reviewed, we may issue return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization number. Pack items securely and ship them back promptly according to the instructions provided. We recommend sending approved returns within 7 days of authorization to avoid administrative delay.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error—an incorrect item or a verified defect on arrival—or unless a refund of those charges is required by law. For previous international orders, international shipping charges are not refunded. Customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or import handling charges assessed by the destination country or carrier are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Exceptions

Some products may be designated final sale, custom, personalized, non-returnable, or limited release. Such exceptions are disclosed on the product page or at checkout where applicable.
